Couples who intentionally prioritize time away together and fully disconnect from daily life report
But here is what the research doesn't capture:
The inside joke you create over dinner that becomes "yours" for years.
The conversation that finally happens because you're not rushing off to do something else.
The moment you look at your partner and remember — oh, this is why.
Life has a way of making us excellent roommates and co-managers of everything on the to-do list. This retreat is designed to interrupt that pattern. Just for a weekend. Just enough to remind you both what you're really doing this all for.

A: This retreat is for any couple who wants to invest in their relationship. You do not need to be in crisis or struggling. This experience is designed for couples who are ready to go deeper and learn the techniques needed to maintain or bring back the connection into their relationship.
Q: Are kids or pets allowed?
A: One of the goals of the Restored and Reconnected couples retreat is to disconnect from the usual responsibilities and the busyness of life to reconnect with your partner. We request you find child and pet care for this weekend.
Q: Is the retreat religious or faith-based?
A: While not affiliated with any specific religious denomination Restored & Reconnected is a professional, inclusive experience open to all couples. That said, the values of the retreat — intentionality, restoration, and a sense of belonging— are deeply rooted in Tiffany's personal and professional commitment to helping relationships flourish in every sense.
Q: What if other techniques have not worked for us?
A: Couples are encouraged to practice vulnerability by including their own experience into the space when discussing specific techniques and skills. This gives you the opportunity to troubleshoot your unique situations during the workshops. A 20min consultation with Tiffany Alfred, LPC-S, LMFT-S for more private and individualized solutions is also provided.
Q: Is a payment plan available?
A: Yes. We understand that this is a meaningful investment and we want to make this accessible for couples who are committed to attending. A deposit is required to hold your spot and payment plan options are available. Please reach out directly to discuss what works best for your situation.
Q: What is the refund and cancellation policy?
A: We understand that life happens. Due to the personalization that is going into the Restored & Reconnected couples retreat, refunds cannot be administered after 60 days before the retreat. Though the deposit is nonrefundable, a credit can be applied to a future retreat. Cancellations made 90+ days before the retreat: full refund minus deposit. Cancellations made 60–89 days before: 50% refunded.
Q: Is this retreat connected to therapy or counseling services?
A: Although the skills acquired can have a profound healing effect on your relationship as therapy can, The Restored & Reconnected Retreat is an entirely separate offering from clinical counseling services at Rejuvenate Counseling.
Q: Will our privacy be protected at the retreat?
A: Absolutely. All couples attending the retreat are expected to honor the privacy of every other couple in the group. What is shared at the retreat stays at the retreat.
